This class is based around the principles of Yin and Yang to build both strength and flexibility. It is a slow-paced class that will focus on tissue release, deep stretching, mobility and strength building. Ideal for those who pursue an active lifestyle out with your movement practice and also for those new to yoga who are looking to understand both the practice and the more anatomical side of the practice.
