Join me for 2 hours of Pranayama, Gentle Flow, Soothing Yin and Guided Meditation, followed by a long Savasana.
This special class will be based around nourishing, grounding and self care as we ease into the New Year. We will be working with the element of Water this time and the Meridians of Kidney and Bladder. So, it’s inside and back of thigh.
The class will be held in a warm studio by candlelight. It is suitable for all levels and will include hands-on assists and treats at the end.
