SATURDAY 21st March 2020  2:30PM – 4:30PM

Join me for 2 hours of Pranayama, Gentle Flow, Soothing Yin and Guided Meditation, followed by a long Savasana.

This special class will be based around shedding the layers of Winter and opening breath, body and mind to the joys of Spring, working with the Spring element of Wood and the Spring Meridians of liver and gallbladder.

The class will be held in a warm studio by candlelight. It is suitable for all levels and will include hands-on assists and treats at the end.
