Celebrate the official start of Summer and join me for 2 hours of Pranayama, Gentle Flow, Soothing Yin and Guided Meditation, followed by a long Savasana.

This special class will be based around opening breath, body and mind to the joys of Summer. Building heat in the body as we move into the element of Fire and bringing our focus to the upper body as we work with the Summer Meridians of Heart and Small Intestine.

The class will be held in a warm studio by candlelight. It is suitable for all levels and will include hands-on assists and treats at the end.
