Join us for an uplifting yoga and writing workshop to celebrate the new year. Starting with grounding and releasing, we will move through guided writing to express ourselves, then journey into a yoga flow, shedding what no longer serves and creating space for what is to come. We will close by bringing in meaningful intentions and integrating them into body and mind. This supportive session will help you feel nourished, revived and strong. 

About your teachers

Sharon Iacono is a skilled and intuitive yoga teacher passionate about helping students find strength and balance in their bodies and minds. 

Joanne Bell is a teacher and writer who runs Write to Thrive, therapeutic and self-compassionate writing designed to cultivate hope.
